Return Policy
At Campmode we stand behind our tech products and want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, our return policy makes it easy to get a refund, exchange, or store credit—subject to the guidelines below.
Standard 30-Day Return Window Most items are eligible for return, exchange, or refund within 30 days of delivery. This applies to eligible tech products purchased from campmode.com or authorized retailers.
- Items must be unused, in like-new/sellable condition, with all original tags, packaging, accessories, manuals, and protective films intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- For tech products (e.g., wearables, chargers, or electronic gear), items must not show signs of use, activation, or personal data storage. Opened or used tech items may be subject to inspection and potential denial or restocking fees (up to 15% in some cases, especially for change-of-mind returns).
- Returns are free for U.S. orders using our prepaid label (international customers may incur shipping costs).
Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credit
- Within 30 days of delivery: Eligible for a full refund to your original payment method (minus original shipping fees, if applicable, and any restocking fees).
- After 30 days (but within the product's warranty period): Eligible for exchange or store credit only, subject to approval. Exchanges are for the same item (different size/color if available) or equivalent value.
- Final Sale items (if marked) are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit—please review product details carefully before purchase.
- Split payments (e.g., gift card + credit card) will refund to the gift card first, with any remainder to the original method.
1-Year Limited Warranty All Campmode tech products, including the iWrap, include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. For warranty claims beyond the 30-day return window, contact support@campmode.com. Warranty repairs/replacements do not include normal wear, misuse, or damage from improper use.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Visit our returns portal at returns.campmode.com (or go to My Account > Order History).
- Enter your order number and email to initiate the return. Select your reason and preference (refund, exchange, or store credit).
- Download and print your FREE prepaid return label (U.S. orders). You'll receive a confirmation email.
- Prepare your item: Pack it securely in the original packaging with all components. Do not combine multiple orders or split one order across packages—this may delay processing up to 14 business days.
- Drop off at a nearby UPS location (or use another carrier with tracking). Campmode is not responsible for lost returns—keep your tracking number.
Instant Exchange Option (where available) During the process, you may opt for an instant exchange. We'll place a temporary hold for the new item's value on your card, ship it immediately, and release the hold once your original item is received. You have 21 days to ship the return—if not received, the hold becomes a charge.
Processing and Timeline
- Returns typically process in 2-4 business days after receipt.
- Exchanges ship within 2-5 business days after approval.
- During holidays or peak periods, allow extra time (up to 10 business days).
- We'll email you updates and tracking for your replacement/exchange.
Buy Online, Return In-Store (if applicable) If we have physical locations, online purchases may be returned/exchanged in-store within 30 days (bring your order number). Items must meet the same condition requirements. In-store teams cannot process portal-initiated exchanges at this time.
Buy In-Store, Return Online (U.S. only) For U.S. in-store purchases, start your return via our online portal (provide your email at checkout). All other policy rules apply. This option is not available for international purchases.
Important Notes
- We inspect all returns thoroughly. Items not meeting conditions (damaged, missing parts, used tech) may be denied or partially refunded.
- For defective/damaged items upon arrival, contact us immediately for fastest resolution (often covered under warranty or full refund).
